Product Features
● We make our own dashi stock with Japanese dried bonito shavings, kombu seaweed, and Japanese organic dried shiitake mushrooms, and don't use any extracts.
● Contains no preservatives, food coloring, fructose-glucose syrup, MSGs, protein hydrolysates, or yeast extract.
★ Cut up some vegetables and place them in a bowl or plastic bag. Pour the seasoning sauce over the vegetables and mix everything together with your hands. Marinade for 20 to 30 minutes, then squeeze out any excess liquid to finish. Adjust the time to suit your preference. Marinade overnight in a refrigerator to let the flavor soak in better.
